Luxury apartments in Madrid

My husband and I are about 1 month into our 3 month stay. The apartment is overall well suited for our needs and is tastefully decorated, although the kitchen supplies are limited for cooking beyond simple meals. The location is great other than noise in the alley below our windows most nights from several late nightclubs. Fortunately the soundproofing is excellent so the noise is relatively muted. We had issues with communication during the reservation and check-in process, which required several follow-ups on our part. The worst issue was with the check-in, as we were sent the wrong app and could not get into the apartment upon our arrival. We arrived on a Saturday and could not reach anyone quickly, and we therefore waited for almost an hour standing in the lobby with our luggage until finally reaching someone (fortunately I had asked for a WhatsApp contact in advance). Be sure to check your reservation periodically before you come to ensure your dates haven't been changed in the system, and ask for the Akiles app which is required to access the building and apartment. Notwithstanding these early challenges, the local team in Malaga has provided exceptional service and support since our arrival. Our guest service contact, Lillian Iparrea, has been a pleasure to deal with and is always professional, efficient and friendly. She has addressed all questions and issues promptly, and the property operations team (led by Fran and Awara) has also been excellent. With Lillian as our liaison, we are confident that the rest of our stay will be as pleasant as the past month! read more

Claudio Coello 53 – Third Floor, Unit 7 Perfect location and a very well-equipped apartment with all the amenities you could need. The building offers 24/7 doorman service, air conditioning and heating, as well as heated floors — which make the stay especially comfortable. We rented the unit for a month, and although we got off to a bit of a rough start when the maintenance crew entered without notice, everything was quickly resolved thanks to the attentive and prompt response of our agent, Lourdes Cabello. Her professionalism truly made a difference. The apartment is remarkably quiet despite being located in the heart of the up-and-coming Barrio de Salamanca. You are within walking distance of Madrid’s top restaurants and tapas bars, surrounded by high-end boutiques, and with El Mercado de la Paz just across the street. Simply perfect. read more

I’ve been renting with this company since July 2025 (just over five months), and I can honestly say my experience has been excellent throughout.
