We stayed at Home Club for 2 months and were very satisfied. The apartment was comfortable, and the service was at a good level. During our stay, we had an issue with the washing machine — the repair was delayed for 20 days due to a lack of spare parts. However, we received compensation of €260, which was a pleasant confirmation of the company’s responsibility. The deposit was also refunded in full and on time, without any delays. Perfect apartments in Barcelona. Irina Gobjila is superb manager! Everything that was said about the apartments is completely true. Prompt communication on all issues. Eduardo López thoroughly delved and promptly resolved the issue related to the preparation of the necessary documents. Mónica Marín responded promptly and sent specialists to resolve the technical problems that arose. I have been living in the apartment for half a year now. The Home Club team and Eduardo Lopez personally continue to demonstrate their professionalism and promptly resolve all documentation, financial, and everyday matters. We stayed in Barcelona for a month, and the apartment was beautiful — fresh, newly renovated, and in a perfect central location. There were lots of great restaurants nearby, a park just around the corner, and the beach within walking distance. The HomeClub staff were very helpful throughout our stay.
