This wonderful apartment is located in the very heart of the Spanish capital and its neighbourhood is steeped in history and atmosphere. Many points of interest can be found in the area surrounding the apartment such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena cathedral and the Sabatini Gardens. The neighbourhood also has a number of restaurants as well as a mix of traditional and modern bars. The central position of the apartment means much of Madrid can be reached on foot. However, the area is also well served by the public transport network; the nearest metro station to the apartment is Santo Domingo.

Mariana Española II is a spacious and bright apartment which is comprised of a kitchen-diner, living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen-diner mixes contemporary and classic styles to create a truly unique space. The kitchen has modern sleek white units with stainless steel appliances. Meanwhile, the dining area has a dining table which accommodates six people. A chandelier and large mirror in this space add a touch of traditional elegance. The living room is flooded with natural light by the large windows which permit views of the street below.
