I recently transferred to a new apartment in Ana De Austria managed by Homeclub, and I would like to share my very positive experience. From the booking stage, everything was handled professionally by Ricardo Blasco. Ricardo help me successfully reserve the apartment. His responsiveness and dedication made the entire process much easier and stress-free. During check-in, however, the assigned representative only handed over the keys and was unable to provide a proper orientation regarding important details such as access doors, the storage room (trastero), and other essential information. Fortunately, Marios Mitropoulos stepped in and provided exceptional support. He was professional, patient, and highly attentive, making sure that all my questions were answered and that everything was properly arranged. His accessibility, kindness, and commitment to ensuring a smooth move-in experience were truly invaluable. As a foreigner living in Madrid, relocating can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Homeclub made me feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. The level of care and support I received, especially from Marios, gave me confidence that I was in good hands. We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Lavapiés! The location was great, close to lots of good restaurants, and the apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly sized for our family of three. Everything worked well including air conditioning, a great shower, dishwasher, and washing machine, which made day-to-day life really easy. The neighbours were quiet, and communication with the host was excellent from booking through check-in. One small note: there's a bar across the street that gets a bit noisy on weekend nights, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to pack earplugs. Otherwise, we'd happily stay again! read more

My husband and I are about 1 month into our 3 month stay. The apartment is overall well suited for our needs and is tastefully decorated, although the kitchen supplies are limited for cooking beyond simple meals. The location is great other than noise in the alley below our windows most nights from several late nightclubs. Fortunately the soundproofing is excellent so the noise is relatively muted. We had issues with communication during the reservation and check-in process, which required several follow-ups on our part. The worst issue was with the check-in, as we were sent the wrong app and could not get into the apartment upon our arrival. We arrived on a Saturday and could not reach anyone quickly, and we therefore waited for almost an hour standing in the lobby with our luggage until finally reaching someone (fortunately I had asked for a WhatsApp contact in advance). Be sure to check your reservation periodically before you come to ensure your dates haven't been changed in the system, and ask for the Akiles app which is required to access the building and apartment. Notwithstanding these early challenges, the local team in Malaga has provided exceptional service and support since our arrival. Our guest service contact, Lillian Iparrea, has been a pleasure to deal with and is always professional, efficient and friendly. She has addressed all questions and issues promptly, and the property operations team (led by Fran and Awara) has also been excellent. With Lillian as our liaison, we are confident that the rest of our stay will be as pleasant as the past month! read more
