We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Lavapiés! The location was great, close to lots of good restaurants, and the apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly sized for our family of three. Everything worked well including air conditioning, a great shower, dishwasher, and washing machine, which made day-to-day life really easy. The neighbours were quiet, and communication with the host was excellent from booking through check-in. One small note: there's a bar across the street that gets a bit noisy on weekend nights, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to pack earplugs. Otherwise, we'd happily stay again! read more

HomeClub provided excellent service throughout our stay in Madrid. The booking process was simple, and the agents were accessible and responsive to our questions before, during, and after our stay. The financial process was also straightforward and transparent. The properties offered were very well located and in good condition. The agents were attentive in proposing alternatives that met our needs in terms of size, location, and amenities. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property - truly 5 stars all the way. Nidhi Hirani was amazing and responded to my queries promptly and very helpful. The place was exactly as described, and honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. It's even more impressive in person. The property was very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The spacious rooms spread across four floors were amazing, with more than enough space for multiple families staying together. It never felt crowded, and everyone had plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the two terraces, which were incredible to have. The kitchen is large enough to cook big family meals comfortably, and the BBQ and generous outdoor space made alfresco dining in the sunshine a real pleasure. The property benefits from sun from mid-morning right through to sunset across the terraces and swimming pool, which means you can enjoy the outdoor space all day long. An absolutely amazing property - we would definitely stay again! read more
