Warm 4 Bedroom Apartment in Chamberi with Lots of Space

Rios Rosas is a great neighborhood near the center - with so much space this is the perfect apartment for families that want to live in an exclusive neighborhood of Madrid. The main space of this large 4 bedroom apartment is the multifunction living area. The whole apartment (200 m2) comes with a modern rustic design with dark tones for a lot of the surfaces, which gives the apartment character. In the lounge there are several comfortable armchairs, a flat-screen TV mounted on a shelf and the sofa. All of these are arranged around each other so you can get together with friends and family. On the other side of the space is the marble dining table that easily seats 6 - great for formal meals and dinner parties.

Windows run the length of the apartment to make sure everywhere gets plenty of natural light. Plus, the whole apartment is fully decorated with artwork ornaments, and little touches to make this place feel more like home. The floors are mixed, mostly it is a homely wood, but there are quality rugs and marble tiles that break up the floor surfaces as well.

The kitchen comes with dark surfaces and all the appliances you might need during your stay. There is an oven, dishwasher, hobs, a microwave, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.

For the bedroom you have plenty of options, there are four in total. The master bedroom has a King-size bed installed, an en suite bathroom, and a small balcony (3m2) with a table and chairs. Both the second and third bedrooms come with Queen beds and the final bedroom has two single beds - perfect for guests or children. All these bedrooms come equipped with quality linens, as well as built-in closet space. There are also the two final bathrooms that both come showers and pre-stocked with branded toiletries.

This apartment is located in Chamberi, a charming neighborhood that has great access to the rest of the city. Nearby there a lot of shops and cool cafes. Just down the road, you have Tartaline Pastelería which is a fantastic bakery that serves perhaps the best croissant in Madrid - great for breakfast. Afterward, you can visit the Sorolla Musuem and spend some time admiring the beautiful paintings and sculptures by the famous artist. Later in the day, for lunch; La Pavía de Chamberí has a tasty and varied menu and is just a few minutes away from your apartment.
