2002 - 2004 The origins
Co-founders Sandra Cabello and Daniel Hermoso started Spain Select as a holiday villa rental agency.
2004 - 2010 A Pioneer Business Model
Business model pivots to extended stay apartments. The first apartment was ready in February 2004 in Madrid.
2010 - 2016 New destinations
150 apartments under management are reached in Madrid. Barcelona and Valencia are launched.
Launch of Home Select, as a Real Estate 360 brand, fueling apartment growth and finding new opportunities from the end to end 360 model.

2016 - 2020 Homeclub rebranding
Launch of Homeclub brand part of the Home Select group. 500 apartments milestone is reached. Covid hits but the company is well funded and adapts well.
2020 - 2024 International expansion
Our first Homeclub Livings are opened in Valdebebas and Colomer. Growth rockets after Covid reaching 1200 apartments and 100 employees in 2023.
In 2024 the company goes international, opening Miami and starts preparing for new openings.
